What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the name Abu? The monkey in the cartoon Alladin? Hehe... Abu, is exactly the opposite. Our assosiation is now a few months old and I am quite proud to have a friend like him. It all started in July, this year when I joined my first job. Here Abu was introduced to me as my Buddy.
This buddy program is a nice thing that our Company has started. With every new comer being associated with a relatively experienced person who knows the company quite well and also is young enough to have a great friendly relationship with us, freshers.
Abu, gave me a whole new perspective towards work and team spirit. He installed in me an amazing degree of faith and believes towards the good things and good people in the company. But at the same time he never even tried to force his opinion on mine. He showed me the various paths available and let me choose the one best for me.
Abu, a team’s man, is always there to look after the various issues concerning the team and what can be done about it. He has taken initiatives to organize all the parties and birthdays in the team and is always keen to do his best even with those.
He is simple, quiet and calm. It seems that he does not know what rush of blood is. A lot of people consider it to the traits of a person who is very unenthusiastic; but to their surprise Abu, is amazingly enthusiastic about everything. Whether it is a simple lunch or a grand team party, he is always keen to celebrate them all.
He knows his work very well and knows how to respect everyone. But the biggest trait Abu has is patience. He has an amazing amount of patience and he always tries his best that others around him can understand why it is important.
Another important quality that you will find in Abu is loyalty. This has become very rare in today’s world but Abu really glorifies it.
In a few words, all I would like to say is that Abu can’t be explained in a few words and thus, I have started this blog. Let’s see how much I can understand him and write about him…

I am really impressed with the way Ankur was beautifully imbibed his thoughts into words.....and they r so true!!! I realised this while reading the comment that Yes, this is ABU....I knew all these things, but did not think so deeply about it...

Abu is the last few of a depleting species who are truly good at heart and whose prudence dont diminish their enthusisasm. He is the best friend that I had made at Fidelity. Keep Rocking dude :-)
